Bill Paynter, CPP
President
Bill has over 32 years combined experience in law enforcement, security management and security consulting. He is a 1981 graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy Basic Training Program. Bill has performed risk assessment and security analysis for more than 75 facilities and provided coordination with local Fire Marshals, DEA regulators, and general/electrical contractors. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and has been granted the designation of Certified in Homeland Security, CHS-III.
Currently Bill’s primary responsibilities are to design, and project manage the installation of complex electronic surveillance, alarm and access control systems and provide general security consulting.
